Right of withdrawal
Right of cancellation You may cancel your contract within 14 Days without any reasons in writing (eg letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the goods before the deadline - by returning the goods. The time limit begins after receipt of this notification in writing, but not before receiving the goods to the consignee (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first installment), and also does not fulfill our obligations under Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 Paragraphs 1 and 2 EGBGB and our obligations in accordance with § 312e Section 1 Clause 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. In the case of an effective withdrawal, the mutually received benefits and any benefits (eg interest) have to be surrendered. If you can not return us the performance received and benefits (eg benefits) or only in deteriorated condition or in part, you have to pay compensation to the extent of the original value. 1. The following terms and conditions govern the contract relationship between TEL.RichRoseFina and the consumers and entrepreneurs ("Purchaser"), the purchase of the goods from Tel.RichrosefinaShop, which is applicable at the time of the contract's completion. The contract language is German and English.
2. Consumer within these terms and conditions are natural persons who enter into business relationship with TEL.RichRoseFina, it’s commercial or independent professional activity can not be attributed. Entrepreneurs within these terms and conditions are natural and legal persons or partnerships with legal personality, which occur in their commercial or independent professional activity with TEL.RichRoseFina into a business relationship.
Conclusion of the Agreement
The purchaser accepts the offer by submitting an Order. The contract between the buyer and TEL.RichRoseFina comes when the buyer receives a payment order and the amount of money has been paid. TEL.RichRoseFina is legally entitled to withdraw the offer and to delete the existing offers at any time.
Payment

Delivery
Delivery is subject to our payment listed in the Shop listing regulations, immediately after the Contract to the address given by the buyer. The purchase item until payment is in full ownership of TEL.RichRoseFina.
Prices
All prices are final. To purchase price are the cost of shipping and packaging that are specified in each item description. The delivery bill is in your name without a proven tax! (Differential taxation according to § 25a)
Warranty
On new products warranty is two years or one year for used goods. Taken from the warranty are damages that are due to natural wear and tear, improper use and lack of or improper maintenance. We take no liability for defects that are known to the buyer during the transaction (defects are indicated in the item description). The warranty is void if the buyer temper / or repair of equipment or through persons who were not authorized by us (eg: change the software or opening the device). Delivery or shipping damage is evident before opening, show it and confirm this please, contact the postal delivery person, and please let us know immediately without delay. Of damage during transport, which are seen only after opening, we ask for immediate notification via e-mail. I will take no liability for late notified shipping damages. Warranty claim, it’s my obligation to deliver the same product or goods for a replacement should incase, already paid price and the shipping costs will be refunded to you immediately if no replacement is possible. Right of return for new units (used excluded)
